Give every buyer the binder their house never came with.
A gift code is a year of HavenBinder Premium for one home: the systems and appliances photographed into records, the maintenance reminders, the documents, the Emergency card, and the handoff file when they sell. The buyer redeems it on the website in a minute and keeps everything after the year, on the free plan, forever.
Buy a pack below. The codes arrive by email as soon as the payment clears, with a short note you can forward to each client.
Who gives HavenBinder
- Home inspectors. Your report already seeds the binder. A code turns it into the record the buyer keeps for the life of the house, and your name stays on the first page of it.
- Real estate agents. The closing gift they open every month, not the one they eat. Inside the pricing most agents already spend on a basket.
- Builders and property managers. Hand the new owner the house with its manuals, warranties and schedules already in place, instead of a binder of paper that ends up in a drawer.
Packs
| Pack | Per code | Total | Off the $59.99 year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 codes | $39.90 | $399.00 | 33% |
| 25 codes | $33.96 | $849.00 | 43% |
| 50 codes | $29.98 | $1,499.00 | 50% |
How it works
- Buy a pack. Pick a size, enter the email the codes should go to, and pay by card. The receipt comes from Stripe.
- Hand a code to each buyer. Text it, put it in the closing email, or print the ready-made cards from your codes page and hand one over at the inspection. Each code is one year of Premium for one home.
- They redeem it on havenbinder.com. The link havenbinder.com/redeem, or Settings → Redeem a gift code (right under Plan & billing). A free account takes a minute; the code adds the year.
- See which codes were used. Your confirmation email has a private link to your codes page, which shows each code as used or unused and the date it was redeemed. Unused codes never expire.
What the buyer gets
- A maintenance schedule tuned to their home, with reminders before the expensive surprises
- Photograph a nameplate or a receipt and HavenBinder reads it into a record
- Every document in one place: the inspection report, closing papers, insurance, manuals, warranties
- An Emergency card with every shutoff as a photo, for whoever is home
- The Home Handoff file for the day they sell, and a full export any time
Common questions
What exactly does a code give?
One year of HavenBinder Premium for one account: Ask Your House, camera capture of nameplates and receipts, 10 GB of storage, the Annual Report and Home Handoff, and sharing with a co-owner. After the year the account drops to the free plan and keeps every record.
Does the buyer need a credit card?
No. Redeeming a code never asks for a card, and nothing renews. If they want to keep Premium after the year, they can subscribe then.
Can a code be used on the iPhone app?
The code is redeemed on the website, havenbinder.com/redeem. Once it is, the iPhone app shows the Premium plan like any other account.
Can I see which codes have been redeemed?
Yes, any time. The confirmation email and the thank-you page both carry a private link to your codes page, with every code marked used or unused and the date. Lost the link? havenbinder.com/gift/codes can email it to the address you bought with.
Do codes expire?
No. A code is good until it is redeemed. Revoke an unused one by emailing support@havenbinder.com.
What if the buyer already pays for HavenBinder?
The code is refused and stays unused, so you can give it to someone else.
Can I get a few codes to try first?
Yes. Email support@havenbinder.com with your name and company and we will send a small complimentary pack.
Is there a receipt for my business?
Stripe emails an invoice and receipt to the address you enter at checkout.
